There was a white male hanging around an apartment building. He seemed to be under the influence. A VW golf stopped behind him and 3 white men got out of the car yelling at him. They also seemed to be under the influence. The severely beat him until he could not get up. The jumped in their car and sped off. The beaten man laid there for quite some time before getting up. As he was walking down the road he made strange noises and was yelling at someone who was not there. A police officer stopped him, he merely pushed the office out of the way and kept going. The police officer did not approach him again, he just left.
